By purchasing any digital product from this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. SINGLE PROJECT LICENSE
Each template purchase grants you a license for use on a single project only. You are not allowed to use the template for multiple projects without a separate purchase for each.
2. NON-SHARING POLICY
Templates and accompanying files, graphics, and design elements are for the sole use of the purchaser. Sharing with individuals who have not purchased the template or product is strictly prohibited.
3. RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION
The templates, products, and their components may not be resold, recreated, redistributed, or reproduced in any form.
4. OWNERSHIP AND ATTRIBUTION
All designs and files are owned by Artisanth. Purchasers are not allowed to claim the designs/products as their own or promote them as such. We have the right to use your completed website design in our own marketing material.
5. DEMO VERSION (TEMPLATE SPECIFIC)
Fonts, graphics, and imagery may be different in the demo version of the template than the purchased version. This is to avoid any copyright issues. Any elements included in the demo version are for demonstration purposes only. Photography featured in the demo template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to the original creator.
6. IMAGERY USAGE (TEMPLATE SPECIFIC)
When replacing photos or sourcing your own, I am not liable for any licensing/copyright issues that may occur through unlawful use of the images, fonts or graphics.
7. SITE CREDIT
The site credit at the bottom of all templates must be displayed at all times with an active link to the Artisanth shop.
8. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. We encourage you to read all the information provided about the product and review the template demos. If you have any questions about the templates or digital products and you can't find the answer on our website, you can contact me here.
9. PLATFORM SUPPORT
Artisanth is not responsible for issues related to the Showit platform itself. For non-template-related support or general Showit questions, please contact Showit's team or use the help documents they provide.
10. PRICING POLICY
All digital products, including website templates, must be paid for in full prior to delivery unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon at checkout. If you choose to pay via installments, you are responsible for ensuring that payments are successfully processed on time.
In the event that a scheduled installment fails, Artisanth will make reasonable attempts to contact the purchaser to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or receive the outstanding payment within 7 days, a late fee of $20 per week will be applied to the remaining balance until the account is brought current. By purchasing a product, you agree that non-payment is a breach of our Terms of Sale and may result in further legal consequences.
Lastly, Artisanth reserves the right to modify pricing without notice. No discounts or refunds will be provided to match previous pricing or if templates/products go on sale after you had purchased.
