“I am beyond grateful for Savannah. Her artistry, thoroughness, honesty, and kind nature throughout the entire process were refreshing to work with. As a small creative business owner, this was my first time allowing someone to look into my brand and showcase my work. Though I was initially quite nervous, Savannah made me feel at ease and confident that my brand would be represented appropriately. I am overwhelmingly happy with the final product and feel so proud to show it to the world. If Savannah’s work resonates with you, please do yourself a favor and work with her!”

Before choosing to work with you, I was looking for many things, but most importantly, I was looking for someone who understood my industry with a background working with past creatives like me. Overall portfolio quality was a big one as well. I think I found a website of yours that actually gave me butterflies. It was stunning and I could FEEL the love that you put into the site. Upon our initial conversation, I loved your sweet and kind nature, which sealed the deal.

Intention

The intention for this web design refresh was to bring clarity and cohesion to the client’s dual offerings in both wedding photography and videography through an online space that feels elevated, professional, and inviting, all while drawing in dream clients.

Process & Approach

Using our Nora Showit website template as a foundation, we customized the design to align more closely with Natalie’s brand by updating imagery, integrating her new visual identity, and refining the layout to better showcase her work. We kept navigation intentionally simple and minimalist to create a seamless user experience and emphasize her visual storytelling. Updates to the portfolio and headers helped better showcase her cinematic video work, bringing greater balance between her photo and film offerings.

“You are truly talented, Savannah. I’m so grateful I found you.”

In terms of the overall process, I thought your initial questionnaire was quite helpful. It really helped me dissect my own brand and look at it from a creative perspective. I also enjoyed Asana, and checking things off the list was satisfying! I wouldn’t say I was surprised (as this is the first time going through this process with a website designer), but I loved getting excited over the little things: fun questions about my brand, seeing the design, it was such a fun first experience. I look at my new website constantly. I have a huge crush on it. I’m like an obsessed schoolgirl. So…. yeah. Love it and cannot wait to see more of your gorgeous work in the years to come.
