At this time, you’ll be invited to our private workspace on Asana and have access to any preliminary work along with the exact completion dates for each. Items I’ll need from you before we can begin include full website copywriting, brand photos and imagery, existing brand assets including typography, brand colours, and logo, as well as reflections to a client questionnaire (we'll also set-up an optional design call).

On our last day together, we’ll make sure everything is ready to launch. This is where we’ll set up your blog (if applicable), connect your domain, and transfer the website to your account. You’ll also receive a video tutorial along with additional resources to help you move forward with future edits.

Here I’ll get familiar with your brand, review your content, and create a mockup design for your homepage. Once the homepage has been approved, we’ll continue designing the remaining web pages. After the final revisions have been made, we’ll begin developing both the mobile and desktop versions of your website.

Along with the initial website design package, all a la carte services can be added at an extra cost. The elements that are not included in the initial quote include:
- Legal Documents (terms & conditions, privacy policy, cookie solution etc.)
- Web & Desktop Font Licenses
- Showit Subscription
- Domain Address
- Advanced SEO
What is not included in the investment?
Absolutely! It’s important to us that working together feels accessible and honest. At the same time, we believe the best work is possible when there is an equal energy exchange. With that, all investments intentionally reflect the time and creative energy that goes into each project. These investments not only allow you to flourish your business, but allow us to do the same. Depending on your specific project, monthly payment plans will be available.
Do you offer payment plans?
Typically custom timelines can range anywhere from 3-8 weeks with template customizations ranging between 1-2 weeks (depending on the scope of the project). Some things that may affect project timelines could include client revisions, client communication, as well as any additional requests you might have.
When will my site be ready?
If you’re interested in a less custom approach, we can work together to populate your branding assets into an existing template of your choice (template not included). Basic customizations include:
