The Discovery Phase
At this time, you’ll be invited to our private workspace on Asana and have access to any preliminary work needed for the project. Items I’ll need from you before we begin include reflections on a client questionnaire, existing branding assets including typography, brand colours, logo, imagery, and your website copy. If you’ve decided to add on any services, those timelines will be reflected on Asana.
Brand Exploration (2 Weeks Before)
Once we have your imagery, branding assets, and copywriting, we begin ideating mock-ups and designing your website. During this process, we'll connect virtually to share our progress as we begin to revise and refine.
Creation & Refinements
Of course – if you currently have a template you’d like us to work with for Website Rejuvenation Lite, or if there’s another template that better suits your business, we’d be happy to collaborate. When inquiring, simply provide us with the link to the specific template and we’ll let you know what we can do. If you need suggestions, we can also provide you with a list of our favourite designer templates.
Can I purchase someone else's template?
Of course – if you currently have a template you’d like us to work with for Website Rejuvenation Lite, or if there’s another template that better suits your business, we’d be happy to collaborate. Can I purchase someone else's template?
Along with the initial website design package, all a la carte services can be added at an extra cost. The elements that are not included in the initial quote include:

What is not included in the investment?
Absolutely! It’s important to us that working together feels accessible and honest. At the same time, we believe the best work is possible when there is an equal energy exchange. With that, all investments intentionally reflect the time and creative energy that goes into each project. These investments not only allow you to flourish your business, but allow us to do the same. Depending on the scope of the project, monthly payment plans will be available.
Do you offer payment plans?
Typically custom timelines can range anywhere from 4-8 weeks with Website Rejuvenation Lite ranging between 1-2 weeks. Some things that may affect project timelines could include client revisions, client communication, as well as any additional requests you might have.
When will my site be ready?
How custom is Website Rejuvenation Lite?
Although we work off an existing website template for Website Rejuvenation Lite, the final result can still look significantly unique from the original template as we make cosmetic changes and add new sections. Here's an example of a Website Rejuvenation Lite transformation. We used our Nora template as a base, customizing it to better align with our client's brand.
Do you offer basic template personalization?
If you’re interested in a less custom approach, we can work together to populate your branding assets into an existing template of your choice (template not included). Basic customizations include:
